Long sleeves but fits nice overall. It has a small hood if you have long hair. It is very warm and water resistant.

I can’t remember if this is unisex or not, but on men (myself), this ends short, in that the bottom of the jacket is above my belt. The sleeves and hood fit great on me (5ft 9in).
This was not waterproof, and had to use nikwax soft shell to waterproof it.
All in all, I cannot recommend anyone buy this unless you have a shorter torso than myself. This fit my girlfriend well, and she really wearing it.
