After buying some tentree garments in person, I decided to order online and I’ve been needing some more formal clothes, so I got these corduroy pants. I’ve actually never owned corduroy before, so I was a little uncertain, but these are very very nice! Trying them on right out of the bag, they feel very soft (both texturally and also in the sense that they are not too stiff). I was also overjoyed to stick my hands in the pockets and find real pockets!!! (+100000 respect points to tentree for giving women pockets) They are also reasonably stretchy; don’t expect yoga pants, but these have a good amount of give. If I pinch them and pull, there’s a noticeable stretch distance! These also feel sturdy - I trust tentree’s quality and these seem good.The pants are a bit big on me, but I usually shop a size up so I have moving room and can tailor. I think I will probably shorten the hem and take in the crotch just a little. That’s no fault on the pants, just my preference and body type. In the photos, I have not washed them yet, this is exactly how they come, which is why they look wrinkled.
